Our services include general financial guidance and consultation but do not constitute specific investment advice, tax advice, or guaranteed financial outcomes.

Payment Terms and Billing
Our subscription service operates on the following payment terms and conditions.
- Monthly subscription fee of $250 is billed in advance and must be paid by the due date
- All prices include applicable VAT and taxes as required by Malaysian law
- Late payments may result in service suspension until account is current
Service Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, you lose access to ongoing support but retain materials already provided during active subscription period.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for particular purposes.
We make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes or the suitability of our recommendations for your particular situation.
Results may vary based on individual circumstances, market conditions, and implementation of recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Malaysian arbitration rules rather than court litigation.
Arbitration will be conducted in Kuala Lumpur under the rules of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators.
